Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing all warehouse operations at Worood Designs, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient processes, and strong team management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage receiving, storage, transfers, issuing, and warehouse activities.

- Ensure proper warehouse organization and product storage.

- Maintain accurate inventory balances.

- Lead cycle counts and monthly inventory checks.

- Investigate stock differences and implement corrective actions.

- Manage warehouse employees, assign tasks, and monitor productivity.

- Train team members and improve operational discipline.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Order Preparation, and Finance.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.

- 5-7 years of warehouse management experience.

- Strong inventory control experience.

- Strong leadership and managerial skills.

- Ability to make decisions and solve operational problems.

- Inventory accuracy.

- Stock discrepancy rate.

- Warehouse compliance.

- Team productivity.

- Reduction of inventory losses.
