• A relevant qualification?
• At least 2 years work experience (as a Baker)?
• At least 2 years worth of payslips, tax papers etc (as a Baker)?
• Can you provide employer references covering at least 2 years?
• Do you have good English?
• Are you under 45 years of age?

• No baker qualifications?
• At least 5 years worth of payslips, tax papers etc (as a baker)?
• Can you provide employer references covering at least 5 years?
• Do you have good English?
• Are you under 45 years of age?
