💼 Hiring: Virtual Resourcer

📍 Remote | 🕒 U.S. Time Zone (EST/PST) | 💰 25,000-50,000 BDT/month (Based on Experience)

We're seeking Virtual Resourcers to support our recruiters in technical (engineering, software) and executive search roles. You will help build talent pipelines, research target companies, send outreach, and manage recruiting systems.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Loxo ATS, and job boards
• Run Boolean searches to create long-lists of qualified profiles
• Research target companies and decision-makers for BD
• Send outreach via LinkedIn and email
• Keep ATS (Loxo) updated with candidate notes & pipeline info
• Monitor industry sites for hiring trends & market intelligence
• Collaborate with recruiters to hit sourcing deadlines

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree (HR, Business, IT, or related preferred)
• Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter & ATS tools (Loxo is a plus)
• Skilled in Boolean search & passive candidate sourcing
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Able to work during EST or PST hours
• Tech-savvy with strong internet & backup setup

🌟 Bonus Points

• Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or RPO
• Familiarity with ContactOut, Lusha, business tools
• Knowledge of aerospace, automotive, or tech industries
