Salary: 30K - 50K/Month BDT

Type: Full-time (USA Business Hours)

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant who is highly motivated & also has the willingness to learn and execute digital marketing and outreach campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Highly motivated to manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns.

• Assist in running Google Ads.

• Set up, monitor, and optimize Reddit Ads campaigns.

• Run and optimize LinkedIn Ads for lead generation and brand visibility.

• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.

Requirements:

• Highly motivated to engage with the digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit).

• Good English Communication Skills

• Willingness to learn quickly and follow structured processes.
