About the Role:

Were looking for an AI Lead to drive AI adoption across the company. You will develop AI applications, guide teams, improve workflows using automation, and ensure AI is used effectively and responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement AI opportunities across departments.

• Train and support team members on AI tools and best practices.

• Build AI applications and optimize AI-driven workflows and automations.

• Oversee responsible and secure use of AI.

• Track adoption progress and provide weekly updates to management.

• Stay updated on new AI tools and translate them into practical uses.

Requirements:

• Experience with AI Development, AI Automation, APIs, & no-code platforms.

• Leadership-oriented mindset.

• Strong English communication and coaching skills.

• Strong interest in modern AI tools and technologies.
