About the job Client Service Specialist
Our ideal candidate must love interacting with people, have strong communication skills, be resourceful and proactive, possess proficient computer skills, and maintain a professional appearance. Professional telephone etiquette, good interpersonal skills, and a friendly disposition are a must. If you are known for your attention to detail/planning ahead skills, multi-tasking skills and ability to follow-through, you should apply! Standard Hours will be 8 am to 5 pm. Monday - Friday. (40 hours per week - can be flexible for the right candidate).
Education and Work Requirements:
- Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree
 - 2+ years of professional services experience
 - Legal experience is a plus, but not required. Alternatively, work experience in a front office positions, calendaring/scheduling management in any industry, i.e. medical office, financial planning office, dental office, etc. is a plus.
 
Responsibilities:
- Schedules appointments and protects attorney time.
 - Manages a clients file from start to finish.
 - Scans and saves incoming client documents into database.
 - Answer inbound calls in a prompt manner and route calls internally to various staff. Deliver prompt, accurate messages to attorneys and staff.
 - Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system; pulls files for use and other such tasks.
 - Managing and maintaining CRM software, and data entry.
 - Prepare and send engagement agreements and invoices.
 - Participate in client meetings, as needed.
 - Perform general office tasks, run errands as directed, and all other duties as assigned.

- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. An individual who is detailed and thorough seeing projects through to completion, with a positive and friendly attitude - team player.
 - As a primary point of contact for existing and potential clients alike, the Client Service Specialist must be pleasant and professional on a constant basis.
 - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to record accurate information.
 - Computer proficiency is a must (experience in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).
 - Ability to meet deadlines/handle interruptions. Adaptable and flexible, with great time management skills.
 - Attributes that will shine are alertness, curiosity, and responsiveness.
 - Maintain privacy and protect client confidentiality.
 - Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
 
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have experience or familiarity with the following:
- Managing client matter from beginning to end.
 - Project management.
 - Scheduling for multiple parties, and managing calendars.
 - Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
 - Maintenance and organization of legal files.
 
Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year commensurate with experience, signing bonus + bonus pay, company retirement plan based upon term of service, PTO and 6 paid holidays + Flex Holiday, and health benefits for full-time employees.
