JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering data into the company's systems. The data entry clerk will assist customers by transferring the appropriate form into the correct company database.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DATA ENTRY CLERK:

- Transfer paper documents to a digital database.

- Communicate with customer to ensure customer information is up to date.

- Attend/direct all customer complaints.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR DATA ENTRY CLERK

- Able to clearly transfer important information

- Proficient in MS Office, especially spreadsheets

- Detail oriented
