We are looking for a data entry clerk (remote) to manage the daily operations and information in our database. The ideal candidate will be computer literate, friendly and courteous and have a strong sense of customer service.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations
Create error-free spreadsheets
Manage data entry
Oversee verification of data against source documents
Maintain existing data in electronic documents
Manage customer databases
Proven customer service experience in fast-paced environments
Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet tools (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
Basic knowledge of databases
Good command of both oral and written English and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent.
