About the job Data Entry Clerk
In this part-time remote job we are looking for individuals to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Answering phones and greeting customers
Entering data into our database systems
Enter data provided directly by customers
Verify data against original documents
Retrieve data from database or electronic files as requested
Sort and organize paperwork after data entry to ensure that it is not lost and is archived
Maintain filing system
Other duties as required
Skills
Proven experience as a data entry clerk, receptionist.
Accurate typing skills
Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet tools (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
Working knowledge of office equipment
Basic knowledge of databases
Good command of English, both oral and written, and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent
Salary depends on experience
Type of work: Part time
This is strictly an online job and work from home job hours are flexible and you can choose to work from any location of your choice, pay is $35.00 per hour, training is $25.00 per hour and you will receive weekly pay via check or direct deposit working 30 to 40 hours per week. If you are employed you will be working as a full employee and not an independent contractor.
