About the job Costumer Service Reps
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the day-to-day interactions with our customers and the process of managing their inquiries. This includes receiving, screening and routing inquiries, providing appropriate responses and follow-ups, liaising with supervisors and managers on behalf of the customer and managing escalation.
Responsibilities:
Receive customer inquiries via phone or chat.
Review the inquiry to determine if it is appropriate for handling by a customer service representative
Provide appropriate response or follow-up based on the issue raised in the inquiry
Liaise with managers on behalf of customers to ensure their needs are met
Handle any escalations as necessary
Qualifications:
Customer service experience preferably with a focus on insurance.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
