We are looking for an Administrative Business Partner to work with 2-3 amazing senior leaders across non-technical departments. These departments are often the fire fighters of the company, meaning if you excel at dropping everything to solve a problem, this is the role for you. Reporting to an Administrative Lead, you will make a huge impact on the growing business. Please note: due to the nature of the role for some of these leaders, this role may occasionally work with sensitive content. We take mental health very seriously and we will go into deeper detail in any introductory calls. What you'll be doing Be a strategic partner for up to 3 senior leaders across non-technical departments, understanding their business relationships with the ability to parse out what's important for them short-term and long-term. Support your leaders with their daily tactical needs Coordinate internal projects to ensure they're followed up on to completion Build relationships between your principal and their teams Schedule meetings using GMail, and GCal, and attend meetings when needed - taking clear notes and tracking action items Work with the travel team to book domestic and international travel, including: flights, lodging, transportation, visas/documentation, and ensuring passes to events (when we're back to traveling!)
