We are currently looking for a Data Entry Clerk
The ideal candidate will be friendly and reliable.
- Answer phones and greet clients * Enter data into our database systems
- Type in data provided directly from customers * Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost and file
- Maintain filing system * system *
- Skills* * Proven experience as data entry clerk, receptionist * Accurate typing skills * Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Basic understanding of databases
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills * Great attention to detail
- High school degree or equivalent * Pay depends on experience Job Type: Full-time
Job Requirements Include:
