Electrical Superintendent

Position Overview: Responsible for planning, scheduling, employee oversite, and management of industrial and electrical construction projects up to $10M in value. Assists Project Manager in coordinating activities of employees engaged in construction process, utilizing knowledge of equipment, techniques, procedures and specifications.

Job Duties:

• Oversee field specific activities for industrial construction projects from setup to closeout related to the industries that Industrial Construction serves: energy, power, mining, manufacturing, pharma, etc.
• Responsible for recruiting, managing and leading teams of craft employees for all scopes of work: civil, mechanical, and structural activities.
• Supervises daily work of employees.
• Verifies conformance of finished work product.
• Responsible for ensuring all safety and environmental requirements are met.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction and electrical industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Completion of OSHA or equivalent safety training.
• Experience with HCSS Heavy Job or similar job costing program.
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office products.
• Drivers license with a clean driving record.
