Job Summary:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client in the FMCG sector for an experienced Corporate Communications Manager to lead and coordinate the organizations communication strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent and effective messaging to both internal and external stakeholders while strengthening the companys brand and reputation.

Job Responsibilities:
* Assist to develop and execute an integrated corporate communication strategy, ensuring consistent and effective messaging to internal and external stakeholders.
* Set strategy to manage employee communications that ensure employees understand and support company strategies, principles and initiatives, and the impact on employees day-to-day activities in close collaboration with HR and Admin department.
* Develop, manage and produce effective communications tools & platforms, such as company magazines, corporate literature and internal campaigns, that ensure staff are aware of and support business initiatives and success.
* Develop and manage the development of annual communications cycle plans that incorporates functional and company requirements as well as supports the company's plan and focus.
* Foster and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders, including the Media, PR Agencies, NGOs, and Influencers.

Job Requirements:
* First Degree or its equivalent in Business, Communications, or its equivalent in other business-related discipline.
* Masters degree in relevant Social/Management Sciences and other related discipline is an added advantage.
* Relevant Professional certification is a plus.
* Experience: Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in supervisory role in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
* Proven track record of managing corporate communication effectively.
