  • Managing the CEO's calendar and recurring tasks, appointments, travel arrangements and prioritizing the most sensitive matters

  • Manage emails, information, and other communications; answer where possible, highlight and prioritize those that need MD/CEO attention.

  • Screening and handling phone calls and sending reminders to the MD on pending and overdue tasks.

  • Preparing and reviewing documents, memos, agendas, and reports for the CEO.
    Coordinating and recording meetings, conference calls, and interviews

  • Organize, prepare, coordinate, set agendas for and record meetings, conference calls and interview, including gathering documents and attending to the logistics of meetings.

  • Act as 'follow-up Manager' to ensure that a wide range of agreed actions are being executed.

  • Type up notes, emails, presentations, and reports; circulate and file information.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information, and MD/CEO personal matters.

  • Provide Gatekeeper and Gateway role, creating win-win situations for direct access to MD/CEO's time and Office.

  • Other duties as may be assigned by the CEO.

    Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Administrative Assistance tasks to support organizational needs

  • Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

  • Proficiency in common office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in related field


A degree in Geology would be a plus.
