Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer with 1–2 years of relevant experience to support our finance operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting day-to-day accounting activities while working in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, reports, and schedules

Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense claims in a timely manner

Support monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger entries

Assist with budget tracking, cost analysis, and expense control

Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and regulatory requirements

Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to audit queries

Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information as required

Perform other finance-related duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field

1–2 years of relevant work experience in a finance or accounting role

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools

Experience with accounting software is an added advantage

Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills
