Job Title: Technical and Operations Manager

Workmode: Fulltime Onsite

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer

The Technical and Operations Manager is responsible for leading the company's technical and operational functions to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects.

Job Purpose

The role oversees field operations, engineering support, asset utilization, operational planning, project execution, quality assurance, HSE compliance, and resource management while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with client specifications and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, or related discipline).

· Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration is an advantage.

· COREN registration is an added advantage.

· Membership of relevant professional bodies (NSE, SPE, PMI, etc.) is desirable.

· Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in upstream oil and gas operations or oilfield services.

· At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

· Demonstrated experience managing field operations, engineering teams, and client projects.

· Experience in contract execution for IOCs, indigenous operators, or oilfield service companies.

· Experience working with international oil companies (IOCs), indigenous operators, EPC or major service companies is an advantage.
