Location: Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary

Our client, a Construction and Engineering company, is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to develop and manage accurate 3D models and technical documentation for construction and engineering projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to produce high-quality BIM models that support project design, coordination, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP projects.
• Create accurate 2D/ 3D drawings, construction documentation, and technical designs from project specifications.
• Coordinate models across disciplines to identify and resolve design clashes.
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure BIM standards, quality requirements, and documentation procedures are consistently maintained.
• Update and manage BIM libraries, templates, and project files.
• Support project teams with model reviews, design coordination, and construction documentation.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Architecture, Engineering, Building Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in BIM modeling, CAD drafting, or construction design.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Tekla Structures, or similar BIM software.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, structural detailing, and BIM workflows.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering designs.
• Excellent attention to detail, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in construction or engineering projects is highly preferred.
