Job Title: HR Admin Officer

Job Summary:
Our client, a manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced HR/Admin Officer to oversee human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with labor laws, manage employee relations, and support overall HR operations in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Maintain employee records, process payroll inputs, and manage benefits administration.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Support performance management and workforce productivity initiatives.
Administration & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation of HR records, contracts, and administrative reports.
- Coordinate office administration activities, including procurement and facility management.
- Assist management in implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Training & Development:
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for employee development.
- Support the performance appraisal process and provide recommendations for employee growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR/Admin experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HR software, payroll management, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, PHRi) are an added advantage.
- Experience handling HR functions in a factory or production environment.
Salary:175k- 200k
