Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced Lead ERP professional to provide technical support and expertise in MS Dynamics Navision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting, analysis, and implementation of ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP Strategy & Planning
- Define ERP policies, governance standards, and data management frameworks
- Develop and implement the companys ERP roadmap
aligned with business and manufacturing strategy
System Implementation & Optimization
- Lead ERP deployment across production, procurement, inventory, finance, HR, and sales modules
- Configure workflows to support manufacturing operations, MRP, BOM, production planning, and quality control
Business Process Alignment
- Translate manufacturing and business requirements into ERP solutions
Standardize processes across plants or business units
- Support lean manufacturing and supply chain optimization through ERP tools
User Support & Training
- Lead ERP user training and change management programs
- Develop user manuals and SOPs and provide second- level support for system issues

Data Integrity & Reporting
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of transactional and master data
- Develop dashboards and reports for production, cost, inventory, and financial performance
- Support management decision-making through analytics, Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure ERP controls support audit, financial compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Implement access control and data security protocols
Requirements
- First degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 10 years post NSYC hands-on experience in MS Dynamics (Navision) in a structured FMCG company.
Sound knowledge of C/AL, RDLC reporting, SSRS, SQL Queries, .Net Technologies, Web Services, etc
