Our client, a real estate company in Nigeria, is seeking highly motivated Sales Executives. As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and achieving sales targets.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and target potential real estate clients through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective real estate buyers and investors.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on available listings.
  • Understand client preferences and requirements to offer personalized real estate solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for real estate transactions.
  • Prepare and finalize real estate sales contracts and documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. 
  • Collaborate with the real estate sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of real estate sales activities and client interactions.

EDUCATION/ REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related role.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, particularly within the real estate sector. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven history of achieving real estate sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a real estate sales team.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Salary : Basic salary plus attractive commission
