Facility Supervisor

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation of their facilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in facility management, particularly within the manufacturing sector. The Facility Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring all maintenance activities are executed properly and the facility remains safe and fully operational.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring all systems are functioning properly.
• Manage routine and preventative maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
• Supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and control facility budgets, including repair and maintenance expenses.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Implement and maintain facility management best practices.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures for facility operations.
• Coordinate with other departments to support production needs and address facility-related concerns.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
