Our client, a leading FMCG company, is seeking a dedicated Training and Development Specialist to organize and manage training programs and materials within budgetary limits. The role involves collaborating with department managers to assess training needs, design effective training materials, and monitor trainee progress. The ideal candidate will stay updated with the latest HR technologies and trends, identify company-wide training needs, and ensure that programs deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage training programs and materials within the provided budget.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on trainee progress to management.
  • Assist in designing training materials for both existing employees and new hires.
  • Research and implement new HR technologies and training software solutions.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and meet the training needs of all departments.

Requirements:

  • First degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SPHR, CIPD) is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in learning and development.
  • Experience in the manufacturing and FMCG sectors is highly desirable.

Nature of Work: Day and Onsite
Salary: N300k
