Job Responsibilities

  • Own and grow the sales pipeline across your region from strategy to execution
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional sales team
  • Identify new business opportunities and deepen relationships with existing clients
  • Analyze regional market trends to stay ahead of the curve
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to align on growth goals
  • Monitor KPIs and sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met (or exceeded)
  • Represent the company at key events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and report directly to senior leadership

Qualification

  • 5+ years in sales, with at least 3 years leading a team
  • Strong track record of hitting and exceeding revenue goals
  • Experience selling in similar environments
  • Leadership skills that inspire trust, accountability, and results
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and data-driven decision making
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience
