Job Summary:
The Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the reception area, and performing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reception Management: Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
3. Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and take messages as required.
4. Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
5. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made.
6. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including visitor logs and appointment schedules.
7. Security: Ensure the security of the reception area, reporting any incidents or concerns to management.
8. Other Duties: Perform other duties as required, such as ordering supplies, managing the mailroom, and providing support to other departments.
Requirements:
1. Education: Degree in or any other relevant discipline.
2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.
3. Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
4. Personal Qualities: Professional, courteous, and welcoming demeanour; ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Salary:190k gross
