The company is renowned for delivering innovative financial solutions and personalized investment services to high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.

Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager - Wealth Management will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. The role involves providing tailored financial advice, investment solutions, and fostering long-term client relationships to achieve both individual and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals by understanding their unique financial goals and needs.
  • Develop customized investment strategies and wealth management plans in line with clients' objectives and risk tolerance.
  • Identify and acquire new clients to grow the company's portfolio of high-net-worth individuals.
  • Stay updated on financial markets, investment products, and industry trends to provide clients with informed advice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive wealth management services, including asset allocation, portfolio management, and tax-efficient strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and periodic performance reports to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory services.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and market trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and client retention targets.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or similar credentials are an advantage.
