Job Title: Shift Supervisor

Job Summary

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The candidate would be responsible for reviewing employee performance, provide feedback, and ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed. The Shift Supervisor will manage employee scheduling, handle the store and ensure that all reporting is accurate and up to date.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise employees throughout the shift, providing guidance, support, and direction

• Ensure staff are adhering to company policies

• Monitor employee performance, providing feedback and performance evaluations

• Establish and enforce safety and security protocols

• Track inventory and order supplies as needed

• Manage employee scheduling

• Should be willing to live in the Sotubo/Sagamu area and open to working day or night depending on the shift.

Qualifications and skills

• BSc or HND in a related field

• Quick learner and effective leaders

• Computer knowledge - word, excel

• Good communication skills

• Capable of working in a factory environment

Salary: 150k
