Job Summary:

As a Training Sales Coordinator at WorkNigeria, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our mission of putting 1 million Nigerians to work each year. This position combines sales and training responsibilities, requiring a dynamic individual with a passion for HR consulting and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering growth, and expanding our client base. Additionally, you will contribute to our learning and development initiatives, ensuring our clients receive top-notch training solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

SALES:

  • Generate Leads and Prospect Clients:

  • Identify and research potential clients within target industries and markets.

  • Utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking, and online platforms to generate leads.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.


  • Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and challenges.

  • Present and demonstrate our HR consulting services to prospective clients.

  • Develop customized proposals and solutions that address client needs effectively.

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and client dynamics to identify new business opportunities.


  • Business Development Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the HR consulting team to develop and execute business development strategies.

  • Identify key target markets and develop market penetration plans.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.

  • Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing our service offerings and value proposition.


  • Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections.

  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless handover of client accounts.

TRAINING

  • Training Coordination:

  • Collaborate with clients to assess training needs and identify learning objectives.

  • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and presentations in line with client requirements.

  • Customize training materials to meet the specific needs of clients.

  • Ensure the successful implementation and execution of training initiatives.

  • Collect feedback from clients and participants to continuously improve training programs.

Requirements/ Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in Coordinating Training, Sales and business development, preferably in the HR consulting industry.

  • Demonstrated success in generating leads, prospecting clients, and closing deals.

  • Strong understanding of HR consulting services and the ability to articulate their value to clients.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective business development strategies.

  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently to meet and exceed targets.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Membership in Human Resource Management regulatory bodies such as NITAD, CIPM is preferred.


Salary: N250,000 - N300,000 (Slightly negotiable)
