Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Training Lead to join our HR Consulting firm. The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs, and foster strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Development and Delivery
1. Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with client needs.
2. Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps.
3. Develop and maintain a robust curriculum that meets industry standards.
4. Assist the Business Development team to drive training sales and revenue growth.
5. Assist the business development team in developing and executing sales strategies to attract new
clients.
6. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Client Engagement
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
2. Conduct client needs assessments to identify training opportunities.
3. Provide exceptional client service to ensure high client satisfaction.
Training Costing and Operations
1. Develop and manage training budgets and costs.
2. Coordinate training logistics, including venue, materials, and facilitators.
3. Ensure smooth training operations and delivery.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in training and development, with a focus
on curriculum development, training sales support, and client engagement.
2. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
