Our client, a reputable organization located in Ikoyi, Lagos, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Secretary to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting overall office efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative and clerical support to management and staff

Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements

Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other business events

Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents
-
Maintain filing systems and ensure that records are accurate and up to date

Handle incoming mail and other material; distribute as necessary
-
Respond to inquiries and provide general information to clients and visitors

Monitor and manage office supplies and reordering when necessary

Ensure the office environment is neat, professional, and well-organized
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar administrative role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
