Job Summary
Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Nigeria, is hiring a Business Development Executive.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
Conducting market research on new products that the company would like to start producing
Identify the markets in which the product is sold
Identify the leading dealers of the product
Understand the competitive landscape- who are the major players, and is there a gap in the market
Identify the fast moving product specifications within the line along with pricing, packaging, and other relevant specifications
Understand the size of the market
Should the company go ahead with launching the product, then the responsibility will shift to launching the product and handling initial sales.
Qualifications/Requirements
Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
Minimum 5 years of experience with the Dealer Market.
Strong leadership skills, organization and planning
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as formal presentation skills
Problem analysis and problem-solving
Well-developed negotiation skills
Adaptability must be able to fit into a multicultural environment
Salary: N250K-300K
