Job Summary

Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Nigeria, is hiring a Business Development Executive.


Duties/ Responsibilities:


  • Conducting market research on new products that the company would like to start producing

  • Identify the markets in which the product is sold

  • Identify the leading dealers of the product

  • Understand the competitive landscape- who are the major players, and is there a gap in the market

  • Identify the fast moving product specifications within the line along with pricing, packaging, and other relevant specifications

  • Understand the size of the market

  • Should the company go ahead with launching the product, then the responsibility will shift to launching the product and handling initial sales.


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with the Dealer Market.

  • Strong leadership skills, organization and planning

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as formal presentation skills

  • Problem analysis and problem-solving

  • Well-developed negotiation skills

  • Adaptability must be able to fit into a multicultural environment


Salary: N250K-300K
