Our client, a real estate company, is hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO assistant to manage calendars, make travel arrangements, and prepare expense reports. The ideal candidate must be well-organized, possess excellent time management abilities, and be able to act without guidance.
Duties and Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
Manage the information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Schedule meetings and manage executives' calendars.
Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.
Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports.
Take minutes during meetings.
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
Organize and maintain the office filing system.
Requirements and skills:
BSc in business administration or any related course.
EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE is an added advantage
Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent MS Office knowledge.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Good analytical skills.
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars and copy machines).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.( age- 26-38 years of age, MALE AND MARRIED)
Salary: N130k-150k
