WorkNigeria (https://worknigeria.com/) is currently seeking an experienced Digital Content Creator with a strong background in strategic digital content creation and marketing. The primary objective of this role is to strategically position the WorkNigeria brand to deliver maximum value to all stakeholders through innovative digital concepts, graphics (still & motion), and layouts for product illustrations, company events & activities, social media platforms, and websites. The ideal candidate must demonstrate vast experience and competency in still and motion graphics design, web, social media management. A minimum of 5 years corporate industry experience, preferably within the Human Resource Consultancy industry is required for this role.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic digital content creation and marketing plans to enhance the WorkNigeria brand.
• Create engaging still and motion graphics for various digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal.
• Design captivating layouts for product illustrations, company events, social media posts, and website content.
• Manage and maintain the WorkNigeria brand presence across social media platforms and websites, ensuring timely and relevant content updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align digital content strategies with business objectives and marketing campaigns

Qualification/Requirement

• A Minimum of 5 years of corporate industry experience, preferably within the Human Resource Consultancy industry.
• Extensive experience and proficiency in still and motion graphics design, web design, and social media management.
• Strong creative skills with the ability to develop innovative digital concepts and graphics.
• Excellent knowledge of digital content creation and marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Knowledge of Energy, Power, Infrastructure, Mining, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Banking, Real Estate, FMCG, Fintech, Telecoms, and Information Management industries is desirable
