Job Title: SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

Salary: 2 million -2.5 million Monthly gross
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for developing a strategy that guides the
department's organization toward optimum performance.
Ownership and coordination of all procurement & supply
chain activities. Conduct a market survey. Negotiation of rates
and claims. Monitor order placement and expedite delivery.
Control cost allocation in compliance with the budget and
verification of invoices for payment.
JOB DUTIES
Strategy Ownership: Identify, implement, and ensure the deployment of procurement, outsourcing, and logistics policy.
Coordinate all procurement activities including pre-
qualification of vendors, tendering, negotiation, and
preparation of contracts.
Manage overall direction, coordinate, and evaluate projects
procurement activities.
Develop policy and guidelines for procuring and delivery
process considering commercial, quality and safety of the
order.
Analyze market trends and implement procurement
strategies to achieve supply chain optimization.
Identifying potential risks in the supply chain and developing
plans to mitigate the risks.
Resolve any arising problems or complaints that may arise
with the subcontractor.
Evaluate and maintain compliance
Develop and maintain strong relationships with team
members and vendors to promote collaboration and
optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
Conduct review meetings with key stakeholders and provide
report for management on supply chain, and controls
processes.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and
labelling of equipment for shipping
Communicate with vendors and expedite on time delivery.
Interview, hire and train personnel for procurement related
roles.
Monitor and track supplier performance to identify areas of
improvement.
Identify process improvements and implement solutions to
streamline operations.
Train and mentor team members and recommend training
for the team members.
Create and maintain database for accurate records of all
supply chain activities.
Reviewing existing contracts and revalidating contracts with
vendors to ensure compliance with the organization
requirement and policy.
Communicates with the project site material team on
delivery and keep inventory record of all the material
delivered.
Take corrective action to ensure that every delivery
discrepancy is communicated resolved.
Ensure that every team member adhere to all safety and
compliance regulations while carrying out their job activities.
Coordinating with all members of the team including
suppliers and freight forwarder regarding order delivery and
closing out of all documentation and record keeping.
Implement and enforce a QHSE
policy
Manage the Purchasing process defined as part of the ISO
9001 certification and carry out all the actions necessary for
its optimization, for the conduct of internal / external audits.
Respect and enforce the procedures defined in the quality
process.
In liaison with the Quality Department and HSE, ensure the
maintenance and development of certifications with the
organizations concerned.
SKILLS
Good people management skill.
Good knowledge of purchasing/subcontracting / transport
Mastery of purchasing law
Mastery of negotiation techniques, tendering and
Management of subcontracting contracts
Mastery of ISO standards and QHSE practices
Knowledge of the business sector
Good knowledge of English
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
Minimum of B Sc. Business Administration or any related field
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 15 years of work experience in procurement and supply
chain preferably in the Oil and Gas Servicing company
