About the job Operations Officer
Our client, a real estate company, is hiring an experienced Operations Officer. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Set and manage employer’s expectations, both internally and externally
Prepare income and expenses daily, monthly and annual spreadsheet.
Manage payments for suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely deliveries
Maintain proper filing of ALL documentation, INCLUDING invoices, receipts, letters etc
Provide daily reports on expenses.
Submit end of day reports to the CEO

Besides domain and technical expertise, soft skills play a crucial role in the success of an Operations Officer.
Excellent communication skills
Proficient at managing time and resources
Detail-oriented
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Capable of managing crises as and when they arise
Highly organized
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree, OND or HND in any relevant field.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Must be proficient with Excel and PowerPoint,
References are essential.
Salary: N1.2 million pa gross
