Job Summary:
Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Assistant HR Manager to support their HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, and the ability to handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies aligned with the clients objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
- Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
- Monitor and improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Handle HR reporting, documentation, and performance management initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Salary: 200k
