Job Summary:

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Assistant HR Manager to support their HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, and the ability to handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies aligned with the clients objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
  • Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
  • Monitor and improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Handle HR reporting, documentation, and performance management initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Salary: 200k
