About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA)
to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director (MD). The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for the MD, you will be instrumental in optimizing the MD's time, managing complex schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the MDs calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documents with discretion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Screen phone calls, inquiries, and requests, and handle them appropriately.
- Anticipate the MDs needs and proactively manage priorities and deadlines.
- Represent the MD professionally in their absence when required.
- Ensure all administrative processes are aligned with company policies and standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
