About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director (MD). The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for the MD, you will be instrumental in optimizing the MD's time, managing complex schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the MDs calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documents with discretion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Screen phone calls, inquiries, and requests, and handle them appropriately.
  • Anticipate the MDs needs and proactively manage priorities and deadlines.
  • Represent the MD professionally in their absence when required.
  • Ensure all administrative processes are aligned with company policies and standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
