Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR Manager to join our clients team in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive HR initiatives that support business growth and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes to attract top industry talent.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws.
  • Ensure proper onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance workforce productivity.
  • Lead performance management and appraisal processes to drive employee engagement.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination in line with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and best HR practices.
  • Foster a positive work culture, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Oversee HR data management, reporting, and workforce analytics for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop HR initiatives that enhance business operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
