Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible in supporting the head of Marketing to develop and executing marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value proposition of our IT products and services. This role requires close collaboration with product development and sales teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Positioning: Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with IT decision-makers, enhancing product visibility and market appeal.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches in the B2B IT sector, driving successful market entry and customer acquisition.
Sales Enablement: Develop sales tools and materials, including presentations, brochures, and case studies, to support the sales team in effectively communicating product benefits to prospective clients.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand the needs of IT leaders and refine product messaging to ensure it addresses key pain points and opportunities in the market.
Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitors’ products and marketing strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation, ensuring our products stand out in a crowded market.
Campaign Management: Lead and manage marketing campaigns that highlight the unique value of our products to IT decision-makers, driving engagement, leads, and sales.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in product marketing within a B2B IT environment.
Certifications such as Certified Product Marketing Manager (CPMM), Pragmatic Marketing Certification (PMC), or HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification are preferred.
Strong understanding of market research, product positioning, and competitive analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
Experience working closely with sales teams and creating effective sales enablement materials.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovative marketing approaches.
