We're looking for an HR Executive to support our organization's strategic objectives by managing HR operations, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities
Support the HR Manager to:

• Manage recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding while implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Administer benefits, compensation, and performance management systems.
• Foster positive employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance.
• Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate employee development programs.
• Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with management to address organizational development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Humanities, or a business-related field.
• Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office.
• 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in the food manufacturing or agriculture sector.
• Professional HR certifications are desired.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
