Job Title: Senior Backend Engineer

Job Summary: 

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of backend

development best practices, as well as experience in architecting, building, and deploying complex web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable and maintainable backend architectures using

Node.js (Express), Python (Flask), and C#

Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to industry-standard coding practices

Work closely with the product team to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Collaborate with the frontend team to design and integrate APIs

Ensure the scalability and performance of the application

Continuously monitor and improve the backend architecture and codebase

Keep up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in backend development, with a focus on Node.js

(Express), Python (Flask), and C#

Experience in leading and mentoring teams of backend developers

Strong understanding of backend development best practices and design patterns

Experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating with frontend

applications

Test driven development

Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB

Familiarity with Git and Git workflows

Experience with testing frameworks

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Preferred Skills:

Experience with Docker and containerization

Experience with microservices architecture

Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation

Familiarity with message queues

Experience with .NET Core
