Our client, a real estate company, is hiring a dedicated and reliable Inventory Officer to monitor and report on the company’s inventories. The candidate is responsible for the efficient handling of the company’s products and supplies for the attainment of business goals.

A successful inventory officer is a reliable professional with excellent record-keeping and analytical abilities. They possess great attention to detail and a business mindset. The chosen candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to interpret and analyze large amounts of data.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures.

Inspect the levels of supplies and raw material to identify shortages.

Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.

Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.

Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.

Analyze data to anticipate future needs.

Place orders to replenish stock when needed.

Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships.

Report to management on stock levels, issues, etc.

Implement other duties as assigned by the company Directors.


REQUIREMENTS:

Reliable and trustworthy, attention to detail

Outstanding communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

Technology savvy. Has integrity and hardworking

Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.

An analytical mind with strong math skills and strong attention to detail.

Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Ability to multi-task while maintaining required standards of operation

A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role


Salary: N100k-110k
