Job Title: Protocol and Hospitality Officer
Location: Abuja
Our client, a leading food and beverage company is hiring a Protocol and Hospitality Officer. The candidate would be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for employees on official trips, manage vendors for catering, clinic, and cleaning services, oversee laundry services and staff quarters allocation, organize hospitality for visiting delegations, and manage product and phone allocation to staff.
Responsibilities
- Process protocol and logistic support requests for personnel across the company in relation to travelling on local and international business (official) trips.
- Manage vendors providing catering, clinic and cleaning services, ensuring SLAs are met, risk is mitigated, and increased value is gained from all vendors.
- Manage the company’s laundry services to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage allocation and maintenance of staff quarters. Receive and organize hospitality and other logistic arrangements for visiting delegations.
- Manage monthly allocation of company products to staff. Coordinate phone and CUG allocation and monthly recharge cards distribution to all deserving staff.
Requirements
- First degree or is equivalent in Business administration or any other relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role.
- Experience in a manufacturing and FMCG is an added advantage.
- Nature of Work: Day and Onsite
Salary: #2.9m - #3.5m pa gross
