# Requirements:
1. 5+ years HR experience (FMCG/Manufacturing preferred)
2. Strong IR knowledge and Nigerian labor laws
3. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
4. Professional certifications (CIPM, SHRM-CP) desirable
