Job Title: CO2 Plant Engineer

Job Responsibility

Oversee the entire CO2 Plants and ensure they run efficiently in line with standard operating procedures to deliver on production targets.

Ensure plant maintenance as per schedule and global best practices.

Ensure cost-effective troubleshooting process to keep the plants running at maximum capacity at all times.

Ensure Food Safety System through effective HACCP, GHK and GMP programs implementation in the plant.

Closely check and monitor the parameters of Food Grade Co2 for customer satisfaction in COA.

Ensure the product quality purity test are carried out as per standard operating procedures.

Oversee periodic checks on all machines in the plants.

Ensure safety guidelines are strictly adhered to in the plants

Requirements

First Degree or equivalents in Engineering.

Professional certifications, such as COREN, etc. are added advantage.

Minimum of 15 years relevant experience, with 5 years at a managerial level in FMCG industry and CO2 Producing plant.
