About the job HR Officer
We are seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our client in the Media industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key HR functions such as personnel management, staff recruitment, training, payroll administration, and welfare management. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who enjoys fostering a positive and efficient workplace culture within a dynamic industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personnel Management & Supervision: Oversee and manage employee performance, handle workplace conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
- Staff Recruitment: Handle the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and supporting the hiring process.
- Staff Orientation & Training: Manage the onboarding process for new hires and provide ongoing training to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including the management of benefits, deductions, and compliance with policies.
- Welfare Management: Develop and implement staff welfare programs to enhance employee well-being and job satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR/Administration role, preferably within the Media industry.
- CIPM certification is required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
