Our client, a leading real estate company, is seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketer to drive brand awareness and lead generation for their real estate services and property offerings. The ideal candidate will design and execute innovative marketing strategies that increase visibility, engage target audiences, and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement effective strategies to boost brand awareness and demand for the clients services.
  • Market Research: Analyze trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning to shape data-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns (social media, email newsletters, content creation).
  • Manage traditional marketing efforts (flyers, billboards, etc.) to complement digital strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Foster relationships with local businesses, stakeholders, and potential clients to enhance marketing reach and effectiveness.
  • Digital Presence Management: Maintain and update the clients website and social media platforms to reflect consistent branding and messaging.
  • Performance Analysis: Prepare reports on campaign performance, utilizing metrics to inform and optimize future strategies.
  • Event Organization: Plan and manage promotional events, webinars, and community engagement activities to showcase properties and build the brand.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to align marketing campaigns with sales goals, generate qualified leads, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams to maximize customer engagement and brand visibility.
  • Sales Material Development: Assist in creating sales materials and presentations to maintain consistent messaging across marketing and sales efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate sector or a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of social media management and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to design innovative campaigns.

Salary: 350k
