As part of its growth strategy, the company is seeking a highly experienced Group Human Resources Manager to lead its HR functions and drive strategic workforce initiatives across its operations.
Job Summary
The Group Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the companys business goals. This role requires a dynamic HR leader with a deep understanding of multinational HR operations, talent management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support the companys global and regional business objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce management across multiple markets.
- Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development programs.
- Ensure compliance with international and local labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Manage compensation and benefits structures to attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.
- Lead change management and cultural transformation efforts within the company.
- Provide strategic HR advisory to senior management, supporting business expansion and operational efficiency.
- Implement HR technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance workforce productivity.
- Monitor HR analytics and key performance metrics to inform decision-making.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 15 20 years in HR leadership roles within multinational corporations or Big Four firms, preferably within real estate, construction, or related industries.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree or HR certifications preferred).
- Skills & Expertise:
- Proven experience in multinational HR strategy and operations.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in organizational development, talent management, and HR compliance.
- Ability to manage HR functions across different geographical locations.
- Deep understanding of global HR trends, employment laws, and workforce planning.
