Job Overview

Our client in the Oil & Gas industry is seeking a skilled Project Planner & Scheduler to manage project timelines, resource allocation, and execution strategies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience handling major oil & gas projects, ensuring efficient planning and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules aligned with project goals.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to optimize resources.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Utilize Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools for scheduling and planning.
  • Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Support cost control by monitoring project budgets and improving efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the oil & gas industry.
  • Background in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or other scheduling software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced project environments.
