Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Lagos/Ibadan
Job Summary
Our client, a real estate company is hiring a HR Officer to oversee various HR functions within the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
Salary: 160k-180k
