Job Summary

Our client , a real estate company, is hiring a Community Manager to oversee online community and engage with audience across various platforms.The candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with community members, facilitating discussions, and promoting brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow  online community across social media platforms, forums, and other online channels.
  • Engage with community members by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create and curate engaging content to share with the community, including articles, videos, and graphics.
  • Monitor discussions and trends within the community to identify opportunities for engagement and address any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to develop community outreach strategies and campaigns.
  • Analyze community feedback and metrics to measure the effectiveness of community engagement efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in community management or social media management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse audiences.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools and metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: 150-200k
